About Me

Hi, I'm Maria Talian, the founder and designer behind Maria Talian Plans!

Back in 2019 I started the shop as a hobby while I was a stay-at-home-mom to our 18 month daughter. Since then we have added another daughter and a dog to the family, and somewhere along the way my little hobby turned into a full-blown obsession and full time job. Something I am so thankful for every single day. 🥰 Now that my oldest is in school and my youngest is in daycare, I spend my days designing, cutting stickers, packing orders, and doing marketing - this is all a one-woman show, after all!

In 2020 I added the very first original character to the shop. She was based off and named after one of our guinea pigs, Chloe! She was such a hit that I eventually added more characters, and at the beginning of 2023 I started only adding original designs to the shop - no more using commercial clipart. It has been such a fun journey, and I love where it has taken me, and the small community we have created over on Instagram and on Patreon. 🥰
